The Urban Development Corporation (SAU) and Paris & Métropole Aménagement (P&Ma) will be holding a session of talks and discussion entitled ‘Comparing Brussels and Paris: lessons from two major city-centre heritage conversion projects’ at MIPIM, at 3 pm on Wednesday 11 March.

The SAU, which has played an active part in the Brussels delegation’s programme at the Cannes international real estate show for the last few years, was keen to team up with P&Ma for MIPIM 2020 because the two organisations are working on very similar urban projects in Brussels and Paris. Both involve the multipurpose conversion of closed-off historic sites, including a temporary occupation phase.

Gilles DELFORGE, the director of the SAU, and Jean-François DANON, the general director of P&Ma, will present the main lessons from these two projects and they will answer questions from the public.
