Call for expressions of interest (EOI) - Space for project and activity leaders on the Usquare.brussels

As part of a new period of transitional management of Usquare.brussels project, the Urban Development Company (UDC) is proposing the provision of spaces on the site of the former Ixelles barracks. The call for expressions of interest (CEI) aims to select projects and activities that can be set up in spaces spread across 4 buildings. The spaces will be available to occupants until 12/31/2026. Our goal is to be able to host projects and activities by the end of June 2024.

How to apply for a space?

You have until 10 am on April 24, 2024, to submit your application by filling out the form:

This application form will help us fully understand your project and your needs regarding your installation on the site during this transitional period. You will be notified by the end of June 2024 whether your project has been selected or not.
