Call for project designers for the Herrmann-Debroux Development Master Plan
The Brussels-Capital Region has published a contract notice for the definition of the Herrmann-Debroux Development Master Plan in Auderghem and Watermael-Boitsfort and the associated environmental impact report.
This Development Master Plan will serve as the urban planning framework for the redevelopment of the Delta city entrance, including the E411 urban highway and its three viaducts and the four sites located alongside it (Triangle-Delta; the STIB depot and its P+R; the administrative site occupied by the European Commission in Beaulieu; and the Redevco retail park). The objective of the study is to develop an overall development strategy for the E411 in order to turn this area into a lever for sustainable regional urban development and anticipate and support the upcoming changes with consistency.
The deadline for receipt of applications is 4 November 2016 (11 am). More
