Dans le cadre du développement du nouveau quartier créatif Mediapark, la Société d’Aménagement Urbain (SAU) lance un marché public de services pour la gestion technique et administrative de FRAME, un bâtiment neuf situé boulevard Reyers à Schaerbeek. FRAME occupe une position stratégique à l’entrée du Mediapark et ambitionne de devenir un pôle dynamique d’innovation pour les secteurs des médias, de l’audiovisuel et de la communication. Sa mise en service est prévue pour l’été 2025. Le bâtiment abritera notamment la chaîne BX1, des entreprises innovantes et des espaces collaboratifs. La mission est prévue pour une durée de 4 ans, avec une phase de démarrage de 6 mois pour rendre le bâtiment opérationnel. Qui peut soumissionner ?
