Building the city of tomorrow: a collective ambition for Brussels

Today, at MIPIM, the CEO of SAU-MSI, Gilles Delforge, had the pleasure of sharing the vision and emblematic projects carried out by the SAU-MSI.

Our strategic projects and sites, such as Josaphat, Usquare, Frame, Manchester, Mediapark, Abattoirs d'Anderlecht and so on, illustrate our commitment to dynamic and open neighbourhoods, where housing, public facilities, green spaces and modern infrastructure combine for a quality living environment.
This urban transformation cannot be achieved without close collaboration between public and private actors. This presentation at MIPIM aimed to allow our private partners to better understand our current and future projects and to identify opportunities for collaboration to build the city of tomorrow together.

Thanks to collective work with Citydev, SLRB, universities, municipalities and the Brussels-Capital Region,... Together, we are meeting the challenges of a changing city.
